With the improvement of people's living standards, flat open flip windows began to enter the market. The structural difference between swing window and sliding window lies in the hardware. At present, the hardware of swing window in China is mainly imported from abroad. Beixin building materials (Group) Co., Ltd. launched the country's first fully automatic door and window hardware stamping line with the support of the State Economic and Trade Commission in 2001, which is a new problem for the life detection of the quality of hardware produced

at present, there is no domestic standard for the life detection of hardware quality. We refer to European standards and mainly have the following requirements:

1: opening life: it is required to not be less than 50000 times, and the action is required to simulate the manual opening of doors and windows, that is, first open horizontally, and when the handle is in the first switch position (as shown in Figure 1), it is the starting position. Although the actions can be basically achieved, if the window type is complex, the flexibility and convenience of this equipment are extremely poor. II: system design

1. System structure

2. System working principle

we use two servo motors. Here we choose mr-j2s-a servo motors of Mitsubishi company, one for opening the handle, one for opening the window fan, and the FX2N PLC of Mitsubishi company to control the coordinated work of the whole system, The specific tolerance value is confirmed by the basic dimension range, and the state of the system is displayed and adjusted by the touch screen, such as the setting of working frequency and times, the actual working times, the cause of system failure, and the display of tension and torque. the working process of the system is described below:

1) set the working frequency and times on the touch screen, and the window has the size of two-level limit protection of program control and machinery

2) on the console, select whether to carry out the horizontal opening detection or the horizontal opening and upper suspension detection (described below with the horizontal opening and upper suspension as an example), start the task, and the system starts running

3) first, the No. 1 servo rotates the handle counterclockwise by 90 to the flat open position, that is, the handle is placed in the horizontal position

4) No. 2 servo will open the window sash outward through the handle along the direction of the lead screw, and the window sash will open about 35. (take the position of the horizontal opening shaft as the axis, i.e. 2 places in Figure 1)

5) No. 2 servo closes the window sash inward through the handle along the direction of the lead screw

6) No.1 servo rotates the handle clockwise by 90 to the closed position, that is, the starting position. Complete one horizontal opening test above

7) No.1 servo rotates the handle counterclockwise 180 to the upper suspension position, that is, parallel to the window sash

8) No. 2 servo will open the window sash outward through the handle along the direction of the lead screw, and the window sash will open for about 15. (take the position of the lower rotating shaft of the horizontal opening as the axis, i.e. 1 place in Figure 1)

9) No. 2 servo closes the window sash inward through the handle along the lead screw direction

10) No.1 servo rotates the handle clockwise by 180 to the closed position, that is, the starting position. Above, one horizontal opening and overhang test is completed

the above is the working process of the experimental machine. Due to the different sizes of the window types, when the window sash is opened 35, the travel distance of the No. 2 servo along the direction of the lead screw is different, so the size of the window type must be selected on the touch screen at the beginning of each experiment. In addition, there is the difference between the external horizontal opening and the upper hanging window, and their working processes are also different, so they should be selected before work, otherwise the hardware will be damaged

III: hardware design

according to the working principle and process requirements of the system, in order to make the system have extensive flexibility and applicability, the electrical system diagram is shown in Figure 3

plc has 50 points in total, of which 30 points are input and 20 points are output. In order to save cost, considering the characteristics of this system, we use two single axis position control modules to control two servo motors. The touch screen and PLC communicate through RS232 serial port. 3.1 Jinan assaying effective travel. Due to the process requirements, it is necessary to measure the force of twisting the handle and pulling the window sash when opening and closing the window, so as to analyze the cause of hardware damage, We install tension and torque sensors at the outlet of the two servo motors respectively, and the signal of the sensor is transmitted to the weighing instrument for output. The weighing instrument can set the upper limit value of tension or torque, and output it to PLC through the switch point. However, the process requires that the tension and torque values be displayed on the touch screen in real time. We use the RS485 port of the touch screen and the RS485 port of the two weighing instruments for real-time communication, which is carried out according to the address and their time sharing. It is also equipped with a micro printer to print the tension value and torque value at any time. The micro printer is directly connected to the LPT port of the touch screen
